During my engineering life, I was appointed as the Mechanical department secretary of my college and was in charge of organising the annual department fest. Due to some internal conflict among various departments it was decided as to organise the department fest separately. This was a huge challenge as we need to get huge amount of sponsorship to give the prize money and also conduct an event of such great magnitude. I came up with the idea of helping orphan kids and to engage them with our event. In this way, many bug companies came to associate with our event and it increased the mileage of our event. Detailed schedules regarding events and deadline was made. Responsibilities was assigned to everyone based on their abilities and it in the end, the event became a big success.
