As soon as we thought of renovating our homes, offices and factories, we always think of using the best products such that we can achieve a solid foundation. The company itself provides us the confidence and trust in their products as their organizational culture and strong willpower to establish themselves in such a competitive world. The company has evolved through many issues such as major depressions, recessions and is still showing a great performance. This is due to the great hard work shown by the founders and the top management strategies which helped them to diversify in each segment.
Being a user of Vodafone Idea Limited, formerly Idea Cellular, I can vouch for it on any given day. Even before the aggressive bid to slash prices began, the services provided were unmatched because the utility that the customers derive from it was at par with the amount spent, if not more. Not only this product helped me gain confidence in company but also forced me to try other products such as clothing attires. The company has provided us all kinds of clothing from casual to formal which are equally segmented in different prices. The most recent product which I heard in my graduation days was Carbon used in conveyor Belts and manufactured by ABG. This had changed the lives of millions of people by simply providing them a lifetime convenience.
During initial days of my graduation, I suffered from depression for a period of almost 6 months. And the prime reason for it was, which I later figured out, nothing was going my way-both personally and professionally which took a huge toll on my body. It was the most difficult challenge that I had faced to date. To overcome it seemed like a gigantic thing for me. But then I realized that if we are having strong foundations in our lives that could basic education and strong family values I could be able to overcome any kind of situation. I motivated myself that there are better thing in store for me and managed to tackle it. At that point of time my mentor recommend me to read about the struggles and circumstances faced by the Birla group and compare it with the live situations. Later my relative who was working in the Birla group told me about the skills and the talents that make a person successful because it lasts long and is a powerful tool to pick yourself up when you hit rock bottom.
Throughout all the challenges, there has been only one thing that has kept me going: to leave a mark, because there is a limited amount of time available to all of us and a life without a purpose is a life wasted.
