The company that has expanded its business into 14 different industrial sectors, having a net worth of $44.3 billion an providing employment to 1.2L employees As we all know that Aditya Birla Group is one of the premier business conglomerates of India. It had started its business foundation from the jute manufacturing company and later expanded its business into various sectors and emerged as a prime conglomerate. Before the disruption of Jio, I had only one sim card all along with me i.e. Idea. Being the customer of Idea, it was disheartening to see the downfall of Idea due to Jio and later the acquisition done by Vodafone. Along the various stages of life, have been using various products of Aditya Birla Group which made my life serene. In day to day clothing, I have been preferring to wear the clothes of the brands like Van Heusen, Allen Solly, Peter England, etc. I normally prefer buying my clothes from Pantaloons store where my favorite brands are available and the quality of services provided by the store is overwhelming. I am excited about the super-marts that will be opening soon in the country at a large scale, I am looking forward for the expansion of this conglomerate in the retail market section. The group has been constantly with be in various sectors like Insurance provided by Birla Sun Life Insurance Co Ltd. Being a Mechanical Engineer, in infrastructure segment cement provided for various segments like UltraTech Cement Ltd and Shree Digvijay Cement, the company never ceases to amaze me, I will always choose this brand over any brands.
I come from a normal family background with my father having a job in a school as Office Superintendent and mother being a housewife, she was also the teacher before I was born. As my family being from educational background, to be honest, diligent, committed and persistent are some of many virtues educated to me right from my childhood. Owing to these values only I was able to keep myself in top three throughout my schooling and subsequently performing well in board examination. I was the head boy in my school for 2 years where I developed qualities like public speaking, communication skills, decisiveness and leadership. Also, I got government scholarship for meritorious students for being in top scorers in HSC. After completing my higher secondary in science stream I decided to pursue mechanical engineering from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University which is one of the top universities in Gujarat. I coordinated various events in the college festival where I had the experience of handling a team. I did social internship at Human Rights Council for 3 weeks where I worked towards teaching under-privileged kids. My technical competencies helped me to get placed in Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. During my tenure as a Maintenance Executive at HCCBPL, my objective was to manage all maintenance activities in the plant to ensure adherence to production schedules and maximize productivity. Later I decided to pursue management studies from one of premier B-schools of India and got admission in International Management Institute.
