Part A: Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life!
“Mom’s food and love both served fresh”, Freshwrapp was always to the rescue when it comes to cooked food served in tiffin box. Back then I felt freshwrapp could only wrap food but then I was wrong when I saw freshwrapp being turned into ice tray, being able to dry clothes and create a mess free way to have cone ice cream. This was the 1st ABG product I came across. When I grew up and had the privilege of owning a cell phone, the 1st network I was connected with was IDEA Cellular because “An Idea can change your life”. Since then many ideas floated in my mind and each made me a better individual. I also embraced ABG’s 2nd cellular network in my engineering days, Vodafone India and I could easily proclaim “The future is exciting, Ready?”. ABG with its wide range of products has always been of great help in some time or the other. Excitement limit saw no bounds when we had the 1st
‘Pantaloons’ store in Bhubaneswar. Since then Pantaloons braces most of my wardrobe collections- all thanks to the affordable price, premier quality apparel it supports. After completing by graduation and then working in a research centre, I decided to pursue management studies. Preparation, examinations were done when came the time for the ultimate show, interviews. Switching from casual wear to formals was never difficult when you have the best fit formal wear from ‘Allen Solly’, yet again ABG’s product. ABG has always made its presence felt in every sector- from manufacturing (Hindalco) to cement (Ultra tech), from health care (Aditya Birla insurance) to financial sector (Aditya Birla Capitals).
Part B: How I overcame challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far.

The quote that made me think twice whenever I wished to say “I am done”. My life was a cake walk until I completed my graduation. The real life came into picture then. I took up a job but was never satisfied with it. Studying more, doing something great, never compromise your dreams were the thoughts that always ran in the back of my mind. There was a time when I failed in all the exams I gave. Quitting seems so easy then, but my dreams never let me do so. I always wanted to do something great in my life, like ABG I wish to create impact in every sphere in my life. Like ABG I wish to rule all my possible traits and make my presence felt in this world. Rome was not built in a day neither was cotton trading business of Birla group transformed to Aditya Birla Group in a day. This made me constantly believe that failure is not permanent, Sun sets to rise again. Finally, I could taste victory when I got the congratulatory mail from Xavier University, Bhubaneswar for having selected in HRM programme. There is always light in the end of tunnel. I can now thank myself for failing in all those exams because I wouldn’t have got the privilege of writing this article if I had been there at some other place!
