My affiliation with Aditya Birla Group has started with the phrase “What an idea sirji” and continued till now. The house that I live in with hard earned of my father is made with Ultra Tech cement which gave me immense pride and love for Aditya Birla Group when my father said that our house will be here standing tall for the next generations of my family. The first phone my father bought for himself was under the coverage of idea cellular and he looked so happy using that service which gave me more reason to respect the group even more. The company has so much to offer that it has become my go-to place for any product or service I wish to buy, starting from my fashion requirements to my financial requirements. Honestly, the conglomerate is so huge that I might be using an Aditya Birla Group product without even knowing about it. For instance, the vegetables and fruits I eat could have been grown using the fertilizers manufactured by Aditya Birla Group or the various metals I use in day to day life could be the group’s product. That is the impact Aditya Birla Group has created not just in my life but for everyone around.
I want to end this with words my father said about Aditya Birla Group “Service is not a destination. Service is a journey”. Aditya Birla Group has been traveling this journey with all the care they got towards their customers so far making them a member of their family rather than seeing them as just a customer.
