That moment, when I first got a mobile with Idea network on it ,I was unaware that it is a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Group. Now, Idea-Vodafone, the partnership between Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone group is the leading telecom service provider in India and second largest globally.
Fashion is a constant presence in everyone’s lives and ABG made a point to make it a celebration and a joy, with Aditya Birla Retail Ltd., that emerged after the consolidation of Pantaloons fashion and Retail and Madura Fashion and Lifestyle. From giving the “Honest shirt” from Peter England, to showing “The way forward” with VanHuesen ,to being a brand “FOR EVERyone” with Forever 21, it has been the first go-to store for all my needs.
Significantly contributing to the efforts of making India cashless, the BHIM ABPB ,a UPI mobile based application that allows transfer of money based on a unique virtual payment address, has made my life a tad easier with instant money transfer. With my father working in Indian Railways,I had travelled quite a lot in trains ,but it never occurred to me that Birla Copper is used by railways because of its high durability.
ABG has been actively contributing to the social and economic development of the communities in which they operate. With Aditya Birla Memorial hospital and Aditya Birla scholarships ,it has been actively trying to do its part in playing a big role in everyone’s lives.
