Often the things that stay with us are the things that we are exposed in the childhood. I have vivid memories from childhood of eating a favourite sweet or a favourite food item. I have fond memories of visiting places with my parents. The days are gone but the memories linger. And, that is what makes these moments so great. With Aditya Birla Group, I have had some great experience which have led to lasting memories. The various products offered by the company have enamoured me from the start. I have used several of their products with great results. The first phone that I had, had an Idea sim. Many memorable days have been spent talking with my friends and family members over the phone. Also, another interesting bit that has lingered with me, is the humour present in the old Idea ads. The “What an Idea, Sirji” ads were great. They had interesting mini plots and attracted the users to try the brands. Idea also introduced several plans that were revolutionary in their own way.

Ultratech cements is another product that has had lasting impact on me. My uncle trades in cement and other building supplies. He has always recommended Ultratech to his customers because he says that it offers the best value for money. It is the best in terms of quality and price effectiveness.

The fashion and clothing products have been great as well. Louis Philippe, Allen Solly etc. are products that I have used and liked. The comfort and quality make these highly attractive to users across India. The utility of these products have garnered ABG countless customers across India and made it a household name.

The biggest challenge that I have faced in my life has been learning to walk again. I suffered two fractures, six months apart, in my femur. I had to learn to walk using a walker. It felt like I was a baby again, not able to stand up on my own feet. But, I struggled and helped along by my parents and well wishers’ conviction, I succeeded. Life may not always be a bed of roses but, if we continue to strive and work hard and never give up, then we can definitely succeed.
