Challenges overcome.
After graduating from engineering, I found it tough to find a job. I struggled a lot to find a job as I wasn’t placed via campus placement. After struggling for around 8 months I got a job as a Resident Engineer with a very less pay scale. I took up the job despite the less pay scale and tried to gain whatever useful knowledge I could during my stint at work. I worked for almost 2 years and saw no potential growth in my career. So I decided to pursue MBA but still had a fear whether I will be able to make it into top B-Schools. I wanted to quit my job to pursue MBA but had a fear that if I don’t make it then I will lose my job as well as I will find it difficult to search a new one. But my desire to pursue was strong enough and I took up this challenge to quit my job and dedicate my time towards preparations of MBA and finally the day had come where all my hard work and efforts were paid off.
