Aditya Birla Group has been a pioneer as an Indian multinational conglomerate. The group has invested in most of the sectors possible and success is personified everywhere it has stepped foot into. It has multiple joint ventures which are also regarded as successful. Overall it has been a huge inspiration for me as it has paved the way to shoe that a brand can reach such a mileage and the constant growth it has achieved throughout the years. It has also instilled a sense of discipline which the senior leaders in this organisation follows and that is a benchmark for many. The innovative products which this group has added through the years in terms of fashion and other retail industries is an example for many.
Part B-
In the early days of my life i used to be quite introvert and usually nervous during public speakings. But as i grew up i found the joy of enriching my knowledge and learning the trades to overcome those hindrances. But this was not achieved alone. I started to use fashion products from Pantaloons which included masters like Allen Solly. It gave me an extra confidence ans smartness as i felt that i was carrying the burdens of this huge brand on my shoulders and it will look absolutely grim if i don't perform. This has been a major driving force in my life as i am still using those brands and have developed myself to a level where people enjoy listening to me. This is a major contribution of ABG in my life as it has given me the extra urge to bring the best out of me.
