years of existence. With recorded revenue of over $44.3 billion, the Aditya Birla Group is
currently operating in around 14 sectors, comprising of retail, banking, chemicals, cement,
etc.
Aditya Birla Group has been impacting almost every person’s life, either directly or
indirectly. The most lasting impact in my life from the Aditya Birla Group has been with
respect to the apparel and fashion sector. Being a regular shopper at Pantaloons, which is one
of Aditya Birla Group’s subsidiaries, Aditya Birla Group contributes to a major portion of my
wardrobe. Through Pantaloons, Aditya Birla Group has been providing affordable fashion to
the common masses. However, it is not only the casual clothing that has me associated with
the Aditya Birla Group; Allen Solly and Forever 21 have been helping me to create a lasting
impression in the profession world through their wide range of formal clothing. The most
important association with Aditya Birla Group has been when I bought my father a Peter
England shirt from my first salary. Aditya Birla Group significantly contributed to the pride
on my father’s face.
Aditya Birla Group also has been impacting my life indirectly in a number of ways. The
house that I live in is constructed with UltraTech Cement, the food that I eat is packed with
Freshwrapp; similarly Oxywhite used in the sugar industry, TetraMate used to create tetra
packs, eventually have an important impact on my life.
