Think about it in hindsight, do you remember running the first race you won on annual sports day? Or predominantly the moment when your chest hit the finish ribbon. They may say that its not the journey that matters and not the destination, but the truth is; if there were no destination you may not have had the strength to go through the journey and face the hurdles.
May it be family, career or just plain life, there are always challenges thrown at you. Personal, professional and psychological at times, but running away is never an option.
The reality is that at some point in life, we all go through struggle. But we get to choose how we respond to it. We have the power to build an unstoppable mindset. Any successful person alive today is a testament to that infinite capacity of the human potential. Like any other muscle in our body though, the ability to overcome challenges needs to be worked out.
We can all agree that life and its unpredictability can often be intimidating, especially when we are faced with challenges that can either make or break us. Whatever happens to us, in the end, will depend not on how hard you fought but on how many times you got up in every single time life knocked down.
And that my friend, is life. One hurdle at a time. Remember to face it, even if you can’t ace it.
