Aditya Birla Group is big in my life as I want to be involved with an organization which provides me with challenges in the marketing domain and ABG seems like one of the best paths for it. Moreover, fashion industry has never seemed to take a back seat in my head since childhood and I would like to be a part of it through ABG.

Being able to set up my own company within a couple of years after I finished my schooling has been my greatest achievement till date. Belonging to a business class family, since childhood I had seen my grandfather, my father and my uncles tending to the family business and I had made up my mind to follow their footsteps at a very young age. I have always dreamt of having my own organisation. I had full faith in me and my dreams but the fact that I would be able to realize it at such an early stage is definitely a great achievement for me. Getting the job done for some global giants across the globe is an experience in itself. I believe it is my greatest achievement till date because firstly, my organisation started generating profits since our first project which is the most important objective of any and every business entity across the globe and secondly, we got repeat business from our clients which is proof of the quality we delivered. We did back to back projects for multiple domains for a multinational technology company across multiple geographies. I worked across 13 countries, sometimes across opposite time zones simultaneously, hired, trained and provided paid employment to more than 80 people in these countries. It was overwhelming but exhilarating at the same time.

In September 2017, while my CAT preparation was in full swing along with the activities of my startup and my family business and not to forget that the most important part of my graduation, my final term was going on, my father fell seriously ill. That was the time I needed maximum support from him so that I can give my minimum required contribution to my family business and could also use his help in my startup chores. But on the contrary, the full load of it came on to my shoulders along with extra responsibilities that were his to manage. My priorities were my family business and my graduation at that time and the thought of dropping that attempt of CAT was very strong and seemed like the best way to go at that moment. But it felt like losing willingly, something which I have never done and strongly oppose. It took all my willpower and determination to not give up during those testing times. I worked harder than I had ever before, keeping in mind attempting and failing was better than not even attempting. And the results are now in front of everyone. This experience of mine taught me to never give up. No matter what comes in the way, just go on with each and everything you’ve got left in you and not to bother about the outcome. I firmly believe that this experience has given me the power to never back out, something that will be of great use in coming times.
