The group was founded by Seth Shiv Narayan Birla in 1857. The presence of Aditya Birla Group is evident in the daily life of a large segment of the Indian population as they have large variety of products. It seems like Aditya Birla has taken India on its shoulders and helped it reach new heights. They have also played a major role in expanding consumer choice by bringing foreign brands like Allen Solly and Peter England.Has expended its business in multiple industries, being telecom, cement industry, insulators, Aluminum Rolling, Viscose Staple Fiber, banking, Branded apparel, metal, mining etc. The presence of Aditya Birla Group since 1857 has provided products and services across the nation. Shree Digvijay Cement, Indian Aluminium Company Ltd. Aditya Birla Nuvo, Birla Global and Finance ltd. From these one such company is Idea cellular Ltd. It’s been nine years since I am using idea.

There are various challenges and odds that can be said that I have faced. The first and foremost is getting along with the external environment. The things that I learnt to overcome my challenges was never to give up on anything, it’s better to try one more time then to sit back and for that time when things will become normal. Staying positive at that particular time only helps. One needs to find new and possible solutions for overcoming those challenges. The atmosphere may seem to be welcoming and admiring you but the harsh reality is that it is no so in such a scenario one has to prove oneself and thus attain that place by coming along with others and maybe sometime leaving other behind. Moreover when such a challenging situation arrives the most important thing to do is to keep believing in oneself. At this point of time one may require the support of the love and dear ones who are there to back you up in any situation whatsoever, these can be family, friend, partners, etc. but some or the other is always there in you hard time to walk along with you and motivate you.
