Aditya Birla Group is one of the most prestigious conglomerates from India with a global presence. Its major products are in chemical, metal, textile and construction domains. It has an established presence in the telecommunications service as well. For my family, Aditya Birla is an indispensable part of our lives. "Idea" connects our lives even though we are miles away. I have been staying away from home, in hostels, for more than 5 years. During my engineering, every night, after dinner, I would be eager to talk to my "Amma" and "Appa" and share my experiences on that day. This was way back in 2010, when there was no 4G. But, the voice quality on Idea was so crystal clear that it felt like I was having a face-to-face conversation. Over to 2019 now. I am in Goa and now thanks to Idea 4G , I can actually share my feelings through a virtual face-to-face conversation on video call. What makes it more awesome is that, in my home, in an urban area in Karnataka, only Idea 4G gets proper signal reception. For my parents, weekend is a special occasion. The reason being they can talk to their grandkids who're in the US. The smiles on their faces when they have a video call on WhatsApp with the kids are irreplaceable. My little niece likes to show her toys and show off her acrobatic moves, much to the delight of her grandparents. All this made possible only by Idea!
