ABG in my life
Aditya Birla Group has been one of the leading conglomerates in the world for so many years. It is impossible to be not associated with ABG in some or the other way. If someone says, he/she is not associated with ABG in any way, he/she is either unaware of its surroundings or is working with Reliance or Tata Group.
Honestly, ABG has been a part of my life unknowingly. The house in which I lived for most of my life so far is built using Ultra tech Cement. The walls on which I continuously kept hitting the cricket ball was strong because of ABG’s quality product. My father took life insurance from Aditya Birla Sun Life insurance. So, the guarantee of my loved one’s and my life rests in the trusted hands of ABG. I was using Vodafone network and I thought how ABG is not present with me here, and alas! ABG came into my telecom life as well by merging Idea with Vodafone. Before appearing for MBA college interviews, I was confused on the brand of clothes that I should buy. ABG again helped me make the right choice with its Louis Phillipe and Peter England brand. The proper fitting of the shirt and the coat provided me the required confidence during my interviews.
So far I talked about the materialistic comfort that ABG provided but now I will talk about the proud factor that it has brought for people of INDIA. It has made its presence all over the world. It started its operations in 1857, 90 years before independence with the vision and mission of Seth Shiv Narayan Birla. The legacy was beautifully carried forward by B.K Birla and now, K.M. Birla. The role played by ABG pre and post-independence had a major impact on our country and I thank ABG for that.
