"The way to a man's heart is through his stomach" goes the saying. However, a woman's heart is not so different. Good food is the key to a good life. I'm a vegetarian by both mind and heart and for me, the key to good food is its freshness. When I was a child, my mother always packed food for me in steel boxes. One box had Rotis, the other two had the side-dish. Invariably, by the time I had lunch, the liquid from the side dish would have oozed out and the Rotis would be moist. I was forever complaining about this to my mother. One day, when we were shopping for groceries, I saw someone purchasing a box which said "Freshwrapp". I was curious to know what it was and so I checked out the box. Imagine my surprise when I saw that it was an aluminum foil to wrap and store food!! I took a box and held it out to my mother. She saw what it was, her eyes widened and then she turned to me and smiled. From that day forth, my Rotis have never ever been fresher. When I look back today, I see how one small thing mattered so much in giving me good food. It may come as a surprise to people when I say that an Aluminum manufacturing company gave me a necessity that reached my heart. But that's the truth. Hindalco, a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Group is the one that made me the girl with "Always fresh Rotis"!
