What comes first in my mind when I hear the name of Aditiya Birla Group is that over the years it has evolved the human society as a whole. It is making the required change to millions of lives by not only making them self - sufficient but also showing them the way to lead a healthier and purposeful life. It is continuously promoting humanism by not only lending a helping hand to minorities, women and other disfavoured people at the same time keeping our mother earth above all time and again.
As an Indian it’s a matter of courage and pride that Aditiya Birla Group is the foundation stone of Industrial Evolution in India. There was literally nothing left in terms of money when India got its independence in 1945 but today it operates in 35 countries with 120,000 with a total turnover of US$45.3 billion in 2018. ABG is an inspiration to all young entrepreneurs all over the world for its hard work, determination, never give up spirit, out of box thinking and the believe to give back society essential to its very existence.
It covers almost each and every sector - metals, insulators, textiles, carbon black, telecom and cement, petrochemicals, staple fibers, Fertilizers, fashion, BPO, financial services, it services and so on. With such a strong vision to contribute to the country and giving back to the society, the group has built a strong image of being a caring corporate citizen and thus, it has struck a chord with people of all socio-economic groups. Acting on an ethos of generosity and compassion is the cornerstone of their CSR policy which shall work in maintaining their brand image for many years to come.

For me to overcome any challenges in life, whether it is regarding studies, any situation or a difference in opinion, I believe every problem comes with a solution. Having complete faith in oneself, one’s mind, knowledge and heart, nothing is impossible. Hard work in the right direction definitely leads to success. When you face fear, panic, stress and anger in any problem, staying calm and trying to analyze the situation thoroughly is important. "Glass half empty or half full", when I need to choose one, I will always go for glass half full; focus on the optimistic part of life is what keeps you going. This does not mean that one neglects the negative side, but enhancing my strengths and working on the weaknesses is the simply policy that I follow in life When it comes to conflicts with other people, trying to understand other person’s perspective, showing empathy and carefully putting words in the situation is a necessity. I feel time is of utter importance in one’s life and thus dividing my time and using it carefully and wisely multiplies the output in every prospect of life. As far as my ambition is concerned , I am absolutely passionate and dedicated about whatever I do. I believe in making my own decisions in life because it gives me paramount of happiness, contentment and respect in society. Challenges are a part of life and I believe every one of us has their own story of struggle, but it all depends on how you take it. Turning these challenges into opportunities is what guides my path of life.
