Adityta Birla's contribution is very vital. Belonging from a small place, we always had a dream of having our own house. We had ancestral property and my father had planned to make a duplex on it. I can assure that the cement quality is superior to the existing brands, since we heard a lot of complaints from our neighbours who have used local/cheap brand cement. Our dream home is safe and strong which is going to last for eternity.

I have a habit of probing into things, which takes time but give me personal satisfaction. This habit has yielded me quite a lot of success but at the same time, the budget goes for a toss at times. In order to overcome this, I always go for a constructive feedback mechanism taken from the fellow employees and the senior management. Retrospective meeting brings out – what went well & what did not go well. This gives a fair idea about the progress and the impediments which can be worked on as a team.
I believe in incremental progress and stick to the basic at crunch moments. This strategy pushes me to deliver my best and helps me in taking the group forward.
