Adityta Birla's contribution is very vital. Belonging from a small place, we always had a dream of having our own house. We had ancestral property and my father had planned to make a duplex on it. Talking to relatives, office colleagues and doing a little bit of research, he finally made up his mind to go for a duplex instead of a flat.

With a service of 28 years in Indian Navy, he had saved every penny he possibly could (apart from our education and wellbeing). With that hard earned money & with the help of Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd we were able to come up with a final quote which was well within our reach. We took a loan of 15 lakhs with limited processing time & limited collateral.

The first and foremost requirement for making a house is cement. With a tagline of “the engineer’s choice” we were greatly influenced. It was one of the best featuring cements even by the standards of a close warehouse owner. My father ordered 50 sacks of Ultra Tech Cement (first batch). I can assure that the cement quality is superior to the existing brands, since we heard a lot of complaints from our neighbours who have used local/cheap brand cement. Our dream home is safe and strong which is going to last for eternity.

ABG’s presence in fashion industry cannot be neglected. I am a huge follower of brands: LP, Peter England and van heusen. I can happily vouch out/ endorse for these brands as I have been a constant user for over a decade now.

I have a habit of probing into things, which takes time but give me personal satisfaction. This habit has yielded me quite a lot of success but at the same time, the budget goes for a toss at times. In order to overcome this, I always go for a constructive feedback mechanism taken from the fellow employees and the senior management. Retrospective meeting brings out – what went well & what did not go well. This gives a fair idea about the progress and the impediments which can be worked on as a team.

I believe in incremental progress and stick to the basic at crunch moments. This strategy pushes me to deliver my best and helps me in taking the group forward.
