Why Aditya Birla Group is a big part of my life?
Aditya Birla Group, the name speaks for itself. The group which has got an enormous reputation worldwide, raising the bars in every sector it entered till date. This big multinational conglomerate from India has been big in my life through various stages.
During my engineering college days, it was my first placement interview and Louis Philippe was my go to brand for the occasion. Like a cherry on top, my clothing on that day boosted my confidence. I came out with flying colors and I still remember that there was a positive discussion about my dress sense in the interview.
My father had this big dream to own a house for our family, it finally turned into reality last year. We started the construction, one day we planned to construct the slab flooring. There was a huge rain and the flooring isn’t supposed to be wet until it dries out. This could result in a huge wastage of material. But, then came the moment which gave us a sigh of relief. Contractor has said “We have used UltraTech Cement and there is no reason to worry.” It truly is an engineer’s choice.
Talking about choices in life, the first cellular network I used and have been using is “Idea” which now is being called as “Vodafone Idea Limited.” Needless to say, one of the best seamless 4G networks I used and I am a happy customer for it. The list goes on, various brands that have been under Aditya Birla group are known for their quality and doesn’t compromise on it. This was my experience with this multi-national conglomerate and I hope it grows like a fine wine.
Challenges I overcame to reach my ambitions in life.
I believe challenges are a part of human life, no matter what your goal may be you might have to face challenges to reach it. I had an ambition to become an author, there were constant hurdles for me in the path for reaching it. It is when we overcome them, we will be able to see the fruits of it. So, I had decided to cross them and reach the final goal.
I had this idea of a beautiful story line which involved several elements like suspense, action and love. I was in a dilemma of how to portray it to the world. I was studying engineering second year at that time. I finally decided to release it in the form of a book. My first hurdle was, I had only small experience in writing and this made me to think twice on the decision. But, I somehow gathered courage and took the help of resources which I had at that time. I started researching on different writing styles and took the help of my English teacher from 10th standard who was a poet.
In this way, I started writing the story and it was hard to manage my college as well as writing the story. A calm and peaceful atmosphere used to bring the best content required for the story. It was something I had to think on, as getting good grades were as important as publishing this book for me. I figured out a way to work on the story line after 12 am and that was the time when I found the calmness required for me. I used to work till 5 am in the morning and it was hard as I need to attend the classes on that day as well. But, my determination to complete the book and add a tag of “Author” to my name kept me awake.
This continued till 3 months with of course little breaks in the middle to get some sleep. I finished the final draft of the book and there were many hands that helped me in completing it. I self-published this with the help of “Partridge Publications” and named it “TAT: The Adam’s Tale”. The feeling you experience after reaching your goal is something that can’t be expressed. Publishing it along with getting the tag of author was something I was aiming for and I was glad I did not stop at the moment I started facing challenges.
