Aditya Birla Group is one of India's largest conglomerates and also claims to be the most international of the country's major corporations. The company acts as a holding company for more than 72 manufacturing and services subsidiaries throughout India, and in Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, China, Egypt, and Canada.
The business of Aditya Birla Group which I came across the most is pantaloons and Allen Solly. I got my first ever formals from Allen Solly for my business schools interviews . Pantaloons is the showroom where I finally buy my party wear. The Vodafone Idea Limited which is a saviour to me during my undergrad days because of the data plans it provides which suits perfectly to my pocket money. I started my trading career by buying the Hindalco Industries Ltd shares. To be honest I came across many Aditya Birla Group subsidiaries in my life unknowingly. Truly I can say that Aditya Birla Group makes my life easier every single day.
Challenges I faced in my life:
Everyone face challenges at one time or the other in their lives. The biggest challenge I faced is in my XI and XII standard during my preparation for IIT entrance exam. There were very high expectations on me from my parents that I would crack IIT exam but deep inside my heart I know that it would not happen,because I was not consistent enough in my efforts sometimes I used to study very hard and sometimes I don't study at all. So I used to score get good marks in mock exams sometimes and below average marks in some other mock tests. Finally all the entrance exams started and could not score well as expected. After completing my B.Tech I decided to prepare for MBA entrance exams . I learned from the mistakes I did and determined not to repeat them again .Though I could not get into IIM but I succeded getting into NMIMS , Bangalore one of the prestigious B-Schools in the country.
