Aditya Birla Group has always been a part of my life and have impacted my life in a huge way.
Challenges are part and parcel of everyone’s life. I feel challenges certainly are for a purpose in life and they teach us important lessons of life. The important thing is to not let these challenges act as an obstruction in achieving our ambitions. The biggest challenge I encountered in my life was during my graduations. For the first time in my life I got a backlog in the academics. It pushed me into a lot of depression at first. Then being a sportsperson, a second thought came to my mind that I should not quit against challenges easily. I should bounce back and should create an impact in whatever I do. With a lot of hard work after that my grades were then progressively increasing in all following semesters. It’s not about how you overcome a challenge but important part is the outlook to learn from each and every challenge encountered in life. Aditya Birla Group also had many challenges in their entire journey. But the clear vision and mission of the management helped them to overcome each and every challenge they encountered in their journey. It is important for a person to have a clear vision and goals and the zeal to learn from the challenges in life to overcome that challenges.
