It was during my cousin’s wedding. Everyone was wearing black. I am a bit choosy about my clothes. I searched for this black ethnic dress with golden border. I could not find it anywhere, and there comes the brand “Rangmanch by Pantaloons” as saviour!! They have an immensely varied range of Indian ethnics. That dress just made my day!!
As the tagline goes “Taking India to the World. Aditya Birla group is not just about apparels,not just about telecom or FMCG, it is one of the largest conglomerate which is touching lives and expanding social capital spanning across 34 countries.
Ever since it was founded in 1857, has always been striving to deliver superior value to the customers and the society as a whole. Allen Solly, Hindalco, Louis Philippe, Pantaloons, Peter England, Ralph Lauren, Ultratech Cement, Van Heusen are all brands that everyone knows of and whose products people much prefer to products from other brands in the same sector.
ABG has also made me connected to my family and friends all the time because of the excellent and affordable telecom services offered by Vodafone. ABG has been a part of my life from years and they have always managed to keep me happy with everything that they offer. Everywhere I go and look around, I find ABG small or big elements of ABG present and how these products have improved and added value to small things my life. When I started earning, my father advised me to invest the money I earn. Without second thought, I chose “Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund”. As Kailash Satyarthi says,” From my own experience,I want to say that you should follow your heart , and the mind will follow you. Believe in yourself, and you will create miracles.”
There is this girl who stays in a village called Amethi,Uttar Pradesh. Her father works in a PSU over there. A girl with full of dreams,hopes and life!!!!! She loves to sing, dance and paint. As she grows up, she finds herself amidst a very beautiful and lush green campus with very warm people all around. She learns how to swim, how to play badminton from her father at a very young age. But as she grows up, that beautiful sense of life changes as she learns that she has to fight with the competitive world all around!! As she grows up in a very disciplined environment, she becomes very studious and dedicated towards her studies.
Now the irony is, she is staying in a very underdeveloped village without any proper infrastructure, without any good teachers,without any coaching institutions etc., still she manages to get good marks in class 10th boards and 12th as well. She becomes the district topper.There has been days when she spent a whole day just to solve one maths problem since there was no one to help her. Those days internet was not so common as it is today. Somehow, she bags a seat in a government engineering college and completes her B.E. degree. As Indian parents commonly say, “Beta,government job ke liye try karo”. But she never wanted to .
Till date she did what others wanted her to do, she never got the chance to do what she likes. One day she decides enough is enough.She leaves her home and moves towards the world of dreams breaking off all the shackles. Though she faced resistance from the family but she fought for what she wanted. And there she is after a struggle of 6 months, happy like never before!! Bagged a job in an MNC!! As an informal saying goes “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade”. Though there has been many ups and downs but you need to believe yourself.
That girl always wanted to develop a business acumen and had dreams of going to a B-school. After working for few years ,now she has joined a B-school and pursuing her MBA. Though it took few more years to reach that goal, but if someone can follow one’s heart ,he/she can achieve whatever they want. Those struggles has actually helped her to grow more stronger, more flexible and optimistic.

The biggest problem people are facing today is hoping for a world without problems. This is an impossible goal; thankfully, else it would lead to a boring life.
