The inception of Aditya Birla Group belonged way back to 1857. Today it has climbed its ladder of success to be in the League of Fortune 500 companies with a revenue of USD 44.3 billion. Aditya Birla Group is active in 14 industry sectors worldwide and is a leading player in most of these.
Home is the place where we start our journey of life. The home must provide a sense of security and safety and building home with Ultra Tech Cement ensures both. I am thankful to my father for building our house with UltraTech cement to ensure the safety of my family from any natural calamity.
Electricity is the backbone of a developing nation. But the transmission of electricity to rural India due to lack of proper logistics was the main challenge during my childhood days. UPPCL is a major client of Aditya Birla Insulators which is a leader in the production of ceramics and power equipment. This partnership of ABG with the state electricity board helps electricity to reach to distant villages including mine and lighten up our lives.
The Idea cellular network help me to remain in touch with my family while I can be away from home studying. With the Idea’s good network connectivity and affordable plans I can communicate face to face with my parents and never feel alone.

Aditya Birla Group products helped me during different phases of my life. I am very thankful to ABG for being there for me and many other people to cater our needs and be a part in building a better future for ourselves as well as for the country.

How have I made an Impact
Life is never been easy for anybody. Change is the only constant in this world. With every change come certain challenges and we have to overcome these challenges to succeed in life.
I was brought up in a small town and due to the simplicity that surrounds a semi-urban environment, I was soft-spoken and of shy character. For obtaining further education, I have to leave my home only to encounter the life of a metro city, Delhi. The surrounding was very different from what I have encountered during my entire life. Life was very fast paced and people were vibrant. It scared me a bit. I was unable to communicate with the people and went further back into my shell. That was a really depressing time of my life. It took me some time to realize that I need to communicate and build connections with the external world that I am exposed to right now to make my life easy. I backed myself to communicate with my peer and let all my insecurities out. Things worked out well, in the end, I was able to match myself with the new environment.
The second challenge that I faced was during my job. I was passionate about pursuing an MBA but due to the hectic schedule of my Job and the comfort a settled life brings along with it, I was unable to prepare myself accordingly. I was unable to force myself out of my comfort zone to take the extra pain to chase my passion. I had a tough task of preparing myself mentally to pursue my passion. I managed my time effectively and cut down all my leisure activity and secluded from my social circle to ensure my full devotion to prepare for MBA entrance examination. Hard work does paid off in the end and the same thing happened with me also.
