A brand having its presence in 34 countries, reiterates the importance of its vision and values resonating with the customers of adding values, adding purpose in our lives. We are surrounded by ABG brands yet we fail to acknowledge or appreciate the kind of efforts 120000+ employees put in to give us basic amenities like a strong and rigid home, clothes to wear, and #1 mobile network that connects India.

There are 2 brands in particular which are very closely associated with my life and which have helped me, grow as an individual, a lot.

  •  Aditya Birla Health Insurance – I had been customer of 2 other health insurance companies but never before was I registered at a lightning speed of 2 hours for a health insurance with all the documents verified and a detailed background check using telematics as well as my inputs. I realised the amazing customer experience that Aditya Birla offered me when I was diagnosed with a disease and I fell unconscious at my home. This plan – from ambulance cover to hospitalisation covers assisted me with everything end-to-end. Their network of hospitals was at arms distance from my home in Delhi NCR, thus, barring small amount, my entire amount was covered by the insurance and I felt the importance of Aditya Birla group in my life.
  • Louis Philippe – My first job interview in my under graduation years, my first interaction with CEO of my company I worked in, my interview for MBA college admission – all had one thing in common – my lucky charm. – Louis Philippe Shirt. This is not just a matter of luck, but trust and satisfaction that this brand has established with the customers who have instated their faith in the brand and as a result many have become LP loyalists with so many Indian as well as Foreign Clothing brands sharing the same market space. LP is an embodiment of Indian youth with an aim of creating a better and confident India.

If we consider adaptability, Aditya Birla group stands strong with incorporating Industry 4.0 and sustainability in its business with ABOF – Online clothing portal, Novelis – world’s largest recycler of used beverage cans, digitisation of 100+ manufacturing plants worldwide.

On Corporate Social Responsibility fronts ABG runs 50+ schools and 20+ hospitals – thereby strengthening their vision of raising the country’s Human Development Index. ABG over the years have established themselves as a brand that inspires India and a one that resonates with the people, and with strong employee value proposition and a people centric approach they continue to create a “World of Opportunities”.
