One of the world’s biggest conglomerate Aditya Birla Group has created impact on everyone’s life in some way with integrity & values. It is a proud moment to be a part of India’s First MNC.

Communication is an important aspect of today’s fast pacing life. Almost a decade ago, I connected with Vodafone Idea Ltd and till now it hasn’t changed. With the quality service they provided made them India’s largest telecom network. Coincidently, my mother pack my lunch in super wrap aluminium foil. I still remember when I bought my first shirt for formal event I.e. My First Interview which can be the special as well as nervous moment of anyone’s life. The shirt I bought happens to be from Peter England which not only gave me confidence but also transformed me from boy to man, it has a special place in my life and always will. Also, ABG is India no.1 fashion lifestyle entity with brands such as louis Philippe, van heusen etc.

Ultratech is a Global leader of cement that provide strength to not only our homes and our workplaces but also to the mega projects like Bandra-Worli Sea-link and Many more projects in which they have contributed. That is the kind of trust they have generated with their quality products and timely service. ABG is not only famous for its products but it also generated applaud as best employer. It is also called home for leaders and stands on peak in Asia pacific region.

ABG has impacted in every other aspect of human life be it with their products & services or with their organisation that is strengthening our trust sustainably for better future of our all.

Challenge is a very relative term, for some it can be an easy task but for some it can be their biggest challenge. But the one who overcame every challenge they face makes them impactful and overpower to their all fears to achieve their goals.

Although I studied from an English medium school but speaking in language was a very rare thing there. This made me uncomfortable in front of students who speaks very fluently. I easily tend to lose my confidence and not able to convey my idea effectively to others. I rejected multiple times from job interviews and my confidence level was falling with every other rejection. I clearly know the hindrance between me and my goal and now I have to get pass through it, I can't sink anymore. With some help of my close family member and a great friend, I started learning the language from scratch. I read grammar books, vocabulary books, make the habit of conversing with the concerned people on daily basis. Slowly and steadily I restarted gaining confidence in language and in myself also. I rehearsed in front of mirror, recorded voice notes, reading newspapers & novels, watching films and TV shows (that was a good part) etc. learning cannot end, it is a continuous process so I am still in the process and always will. I partly overcome my fear of speaking by getting job and getting in my aspired B-School. The road ahead is long and there is no reason to slow down.
