The Aditya Birla Group is one of the premier Business conglomerate of India. An Indian company which started as a JUTE manufacturing company in 1919 and subsequently transformed into a leading multi-product corporation, covering variety of business sectors. Now it is very difficult to find a sector without a product from Aditya Birla Group.
Aditya Birla Group has connecting dots in my life through and then, starting from the cellular network in my first to the latest business suit I brought. I still remember the childhood time when I was crazy about IDEA cellular network ads due to its creativity and newness. And I recall the instances where I used to argue that IDEA is a separate company itself, till my father convinced IDEA’s parent company is ADITYA BIRLA GROUP. And I recollect how the newness in the IDEA cellular network ad has influenced me to go for it, the first time I was gifted a phone. And its service, delightful customer experience, high speed network and only uninterrupted service at my under graduation college, which is located away from city, made me stick to it till now. It is perhaps India’s leading telecom service provider, with the large spectrum portfolio to support the growing demand for data and voice. When I grew up to a teenager, I became particular towards some brands, Peter England and People being the top priority of mine. I became an admirer of their fabric, perfect fit and style, again thanks to ABG for being it into my life. Now as a Management student at MDI again I started loving and admiring business clothing from Vanheusen and Louis Philippe for their class and quality clothing. So that’s how Aditya Birla Group has been playing a big part in my life and connecting the dots.
I and very fond at researching new things that interest me and it’s been my habit since childhood to do so. And that how I research and found about all the sectors and products of Aditya Birla Group and how it is influencing the lives in India. And my interest in researching has made me develop a strong urge towards reading. I used to delve across diverse subjects to research about the things that fascinates me. But as great adage says “Challenges are meant to be met and Overcome”. I have met with several challenges in my life. Greatest being communication barriers and inferiority complex in childhood. I have done my schooling till 7thin a Telugu medium school, I being from Telangana, where I was very confident kid who used to speak his heart out, till I got transferred to an English medium school where I faced several occasions my friends demeaning of my communication and not so good English language, being at very young age it had had a great impact on me, tough I worked hard to improve my language and intercommunication skills. I used to have a barrier and shyness in mind not to speak my heart out and use to opt out of any group gatherings and stage performances. The avid habit of reading and shyness turned me into a complete introvert and alone wolf. But in my graduation I realise the importance of inter personal communication skills. So I summoned courage and confidence to address my classmates, around 200. That was changing point in my life, there after I started taking part in several formal and informal events of my college, from being the HEAD of MEDIA CELL at my college, which deals with marketing and public relations, to KHO KHO0 coordinator. Throughout this great journey of my life I learnt that Self-Confidence and Courage is what makes you who you really are and brings out the greatness in you. And as LORD KRISHNA said in Gita that “Manis made by his belief, as he believes, so he is” I started believing I my ability and myself.
