My experience with ABG started with the retail giant More. As I come from a middle-class joint family, More had always been a one-stop-shop for the entire family for all our daily needs with the lowest prices. And without the Aditya Birla group in my life, it would have been strenuous in many stages for me.
The second footprint ABG left in my life was on my 16th Birthday when I got a mobile phone as a gift from my Father. !dea entered our house and this small chip brought a big change in my networking and connections. The call quality and services provided by Idea cellular were impressive and has never let me down, eliminating the second thought of switching to another service provider.
ABG's brands Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly, Peter England brought an interesting quandary to chose amongst the best to be in my wardrobe. Be it formal or casual or party wear, they were my first choice, as these brands represent affordable pricing without compromising on quality. And with a wide range of varieties and exciting discounts, Pantaloons had become an ever welcoming house for shopping which with-holds many memories with family and friends.
A common dream of every middle family has is to live in a house of their own. UltraTech, the largest manufacturer of cement with its highly regarded brand value has made this dream come true for me. Its no more just an Engineer's choice but has become a common man's choice for any construction.

Due to some unavoidable situations, I had to choose Tata Consultancy Services. At the core is a mechanical engineer, it was always tough to learn and contribute equally to a team. To overcome this fear of failure, I started taking suggestions from seniors and was always behind them to learn the fundamentals.
I learned technologies currently used in industry, in projects that approximated workplace practices on a very compressed schedule and was immediately able to apply what I learned to create usable applications.
All my efforts I put in, began to bear the fruit when my manager at the workplace allowed me to handle a few high priority situations. Those were the situations that required some of my core competencies like patience, resilience, and adaptability. Amidst all the odds, I proved to be an efficient developer and resolved all the issues seamlessly within timelines and received a formal appreciation from management.
One of my major accomplishments was I received the “Star of the Quarter” award. That motivated me to extend my limits and inspired the confidence to handle and lead a team to achieve goals. With the knowledge I gained, I was able to train and develop junior associates in the team which gave me immense satisfaction and the feeling of creating an impact.
Through this journey, I learned the most important lesson of life: when we start loving what we do without expecting the result, our efforts would always fall in place and will motivate further to reach greater heights.
