How unknowingly Aditya Birla Group was my part of life, IIM Raipur
My first logical b’day demand from parents was a bicycle and i never knew, never thought that these alloys would have been provided by ABGLs and that bicycle gave me the utter confidence and joy and it is still close to my heart. And its from Essel Mining & Industries Limited (EMIL), established in 1950,Located in the mineral-rich Barbil-Barajamda belt of Odisha, the company's calibrated iron ore lump and iron ore fines are the best quality available in the country.
After lots of cycling, I explored lots of places, made lots of memories, seen so many people, Sometimes we sneak out to the market to see fancy stuff and i have always
fantasised of my favourite shoes, t-shirt and one of the best collections of football from the Planet Fashion Store. And know I realised I was always roaming around the ABGLs.
As i was from Army background we were always travelling with father always lived in Allotted houses by the government, my father had always dreamed of making his own house and sometimes my father use to share his thought that how he will make our home and he never forgets to mention about the things he will use and i still remember the name Cement company UltraTech Cement and now we live in it. Thank-you ABGL for your immense efforts in making our dream true and strong.
Now i am a young man with lot brand consciousness always fascinated, always showing by these western names like Allen Solly, Peter England, Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, Hackett London, Simon Carter. And the one fine day reality came its all ABGL and it is all made in INDIA, and the stats show that every second 3 among us buying the ABGL apparels.
And then after i started searching on ABGL, Came to know that they are every where u name they own it. Life Insurance, Health Insurance,Core Industries like Hindalco, Grasim.
And the final one which gives me immense strength, so that I am always in contact with everyone. And that is Vodafone-Idea.

At the core of the ABGLP program are people who drive to make an impact, irrespective of what challenges they face. !!
I think that life is difficult. People have challenges. Family members get sick, people get older, you don't always get the job or the promotion that you want. You have conflicts in your life. And really, life is about your resilience and your ability to go through your life and all of the ups and downs with a positive attitude. -Jennifer Hyman.
And this started in my life from the very beginning, Being as the eldest kid in the whole family and at the same time from the Army Background I had no one to guide, There was no to follow, not even the constant friend, Always changing cities (sometimes remote areas), homes, friends. As the time passed these things overcame and became part of my personality. Failed many times, learned from my own mistakes, Made my own path where I overcame many hurdles and evolved myself to improve my skill set. Learned many things on very early stage (Driving, Not depending on anyone for my tasks).
And that made me a good learner and a perfect listener. I would like to share my career which started after my B.tech from two NITs (NIT SURAT & NIT MEGHALAYA). On this stage i didn’t had any idea which path to choose. Like the others I chose to consult my father and as all parents my father also gave me the option to prepare for CIVIL SERVICES.
Things didn’t work out as it was planned, till this time i have developed a skill to optimise the businesses. So I started work upon it. Failed many times but not because of my ideas on which I was working but the precise knowledge which i didn’t had. But I never stopped trying.
Never gave up on my ethics, Never compromised. Always gave the best.
And here i am with lots of Live market & life experiences which i have to implicate in my management studies.
There is always a demand, an urgent need around us we have to sense the requirement and implement our logic and basic ideas and come up with the best optimum solution. And this makes you an entrepreneur.
