Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?
Aditya Birla Group, the brand which truly does justice to its tagline “Taking India to the world” by making India stand tall in the world through its numerous subsidiaries present across more than 20 countries in the world. Even since its inception in 1857, Aditya Birla group has strived hard every day to transform itself into a leading multi-product corporation. The group is India’s third-largest business house with products varying across different domains.
I believe the conglomerate is so huge that I have been using its products since my childhood days without even knowing it. For instance, the house built by my father for our family is made of Ultratech cement. Ever since Pantaloons came into my life, it has played a huge role in providing affordable and high-quality cloth. I still remember during my high school days when I got my first mobile and got a Vodafone sim for the same and I do believe living in a hostel, far from my home it made my life a lot easier. Now with its merger with Idea, it has become the largest mobile service provider in India.
Aditya Birla Group is truly one of the most trusted names in the market. The group has been awarded a number of awards and accolades for excellent performance in all sectors. To sum up, Aditya Birla Group has helped me a lot to make my life big.
How did I overcome challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far?
A challenge for me in simple terms is an opportunity that eventually moulds my own self and life to something better. It is very well said – “Smooth seas do not make skillful sailors”.Going down memory lane, till the time I completed my higher secondary education and most of my engineering, I remember my parents always yelling at me that I am too casual about life and I should start preparing myself for life and all that. All that time, the only question that kept popping up on the intelligent corners of my brain is – Well, what do they want me to prepare for? I am sure it is a typical phase of life most of us go through.
Time passed by, with the end of college life and the advent of professional life, I joined Infosys Mysore. It was as good as it sounds, but this is the first instance of my life when I understood that life does throw you at some dark streets to shine and find your way back. Infosys Mysore presented the first challenge to me in the form of training to fit into the professional IT world. The 6 months of my life with Infosys Mysore have been spectacular and rough at the same time, these were the 6 months that made me realize my true potential and the limits I can push myself to achieve the goal I am determined to.
The challenge in the form of Infosys Mysore was a blessing in disguise that helped me prepare for the next tough challenge of my life and following my dream to get into IIMs. All that has happened now is I have become more determined and confident in achieving the objectives of my life while having a new perspective of the term “Challenge”.
