The company’s massive reach in every aspect of human life has made the company climb up the pinnacle of success. Be it any industry, the company makes its presence felt to individuals and organisations as a whole. I for one have experienced or have been associated with the company in many ways as in the cement used in construction, Birla Carbon Nanoparticles used in tyres, copper wires used in railway industries, fashion needs met by Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited, Vodafone Idea ltd. Connecting me to the world at large. The company with its quality products and services has improved the standard of living of the people and has also helped the economy grow and become one of the fasted growing economies in the world. Aditya Birla Group surely has impacted the lives of almost everyone in one way or the other.

Challenges and hardships are nothing but mirrors to our mistake and failures. Every individual faces some kind of challenge in his life. It’s just that the degree and nature are varying for all. I have also come across the lows of life where the only option I had was to deliver the desired. But now, I feel proud to announce that I am pursuing an MBA programme from one of the premier B-schools in the country. Being an above average student, I never had to push myself to study hard. But when I started preparing for the various entrances for the b-schools I realized that it takes a lot of efforts and hard work to make up to the scoreboard. At first, I thought it was never going to be cracked. I started losing hopes. Then I introspected a lot and prepared myself to give it another shot and prepare better this time. Determined, I went on to prepare rigorously and gave my 100% to it.  In few days I started noticing my improvements and it really boosted my morale. I kept on pushing myself and started making and breaking new targets every day. I took all the entrances and subsequently, results were announced. I got calls from different b-schools. And, finally, I went on to join Goa Institute of Management. I am looking forward to learn from the best of the minds and make a successful career out of it once the course gets completed.

You really don’t know how to act or react (as the case maybe) until you face the situation. I would conclude with an anecdote by my mentor,

“Giving up is for lesser mortals; for true human beings, it’s never an option”.
