Aditya Birla Group is an Indian multinational conglomerate, headquartered at Worli, Mumbai. There are various companies operating under ABG group and has truly touched millions in the world. When I had my first mobile the sim card I bought was of Idea. I did not know at that point in time that Idea cellular network comes under Aditya Birla Group. But now when I thought of the products of ABG that I have used, my first sim of idea is the first thing that came into my mind. I would like to mention that whenever we think of a cement brand, ultra tech cement is the name anyone would take and I think that type of recognition this brand holds in the market. Grasim industries is the world’s 4th largest producer of insulator and being an electrical engineer I know the importance of the insulator and to what extent we are linked with the ABG.
A large share of the copper requirement of Indian railways is fulfilled by Birla copper. I am a Mumbaikar and locals are the part of our daily lives and thus I can say that ABG is connected to every Mumbaikar’s life in that sense. Aditya Birla fashion and limited is another company that the ABG holds. Whenever I go for shopping in a mall Pantaloons is the first shop I visit because it is a multi-brand outlet of Aditya Birla fashion ltd which makes it easy for me to find clothes of my choice of a particular brand. All my formal shirts are of either allen solly or peter England. I love the fitting, style, colour, texture, quality, everything of these brands. And as I am searching on the internet I think I will be able to connect so many things to this brand as this is a very large group actively present in so many areas. So I think I can say that Aditya Birla Group is undoubtedly big in my life.
