UltraTech Cement being one of the leading cement companies in India, will be the one that I will choose as it is the one that will be a part of my home the entire life which is my dream and I believe in the greatness of it.

How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far
My whole life till the age of 22, I have been in my hometown only. After graduating from college and working for more than an year, I have decided to do an MBA where my life has taken a different route altogether. From a closed environment in college to highly competitive world outside, various challenges in different forms have come as a part of the journey. Challenges in MBA college varied from professional life from managing work in college committees to adhering to strict deadlines in classes, and managing networks and personal life like taking care of health. I learnt that each day life tests your skills and abilities and he who learns from each day is the one who succeeds.
Coming from a background wherein I spent my whole life at a single place, and then landing in a college which is in a totally different state where people speak different language and meeting all new people for all places around India is a lifetime experience. It moulded me as a person. Made me come out of my shell, interact with people, tackle objections and finally become a part of the family.
Moreover, being an amiable and an extrovert by nature has always proved to benefit me as I am not only able to relate to people but also learn from their experiences and mingled with them with ease. Apart from that, my problem-solving skills, self-discipline, self-motivation and a detail-oriented perspective have always been helping me sail through life.
