The group has made a difference in Indian market and has overcome lot of challenge. A similar challenge I faced during my under graduation as a mechanical engineer. It was a credit course in which we had to come up with a innovative industrial project. We were working with a company which manufactures gravity separator machines and one of our main deliverable was to model a part of the best selling machine. The challenge we faced was finding a good mentor and technical resources for completing the project. We were not able to model that machine and it was very difficult for us to pursue the company management for extension as well. The project was on the verge of being canceled and it would have been very critical for our future. We still persisted and collected the hardware infrastructure and started working day and night on the project. With grit and determination we were able to crack one of the important reason for the machine failure. It was a great break through and we got an extension for our project. We used our contacts in different universities we traveled across the country and looked for all the innovation in agriculture sector and implemented a few of the innovation in the existing machine. The vital lesson learnt during the project was to be persistent and look for the silver lining even if you are on the verge of a failure.
