In today’s competitive world where each and every company is involved in a rat race to reach the top and be the best, there is “one” that stands out among the crowd and this “one” is none other than Aditya Birla Group (ABG), the 3rd largest Indian private sector conglomerate, headquartered in Mumbai.

With a worldwide presence in over 35 countries, ABG touches millions in the world. Be it branded apparel, cement, metals, chemicals, insulators, carbon black, financial services, telecom, IT services etc, ABG provides a wide range of products through a host of its subsidiaries like Ultratech cement, Pantaloons, Vodafone Idea, Grasim industries etc. Even though Aditya Birla Group was founded in 1857, it is the post-independence era where ABG has achieved massive success. To name a few, ABG sells 2 garments every second, Vodafone Idea is the world’s second largest telecom operator, ABG is the 3rd largest NBFC in India and the top can recycler in the world and almost every car tyre in the world has Birla carbon.

Aditya Birla Group has influenced a lot of people all over the world and its presence in the lives of each and every one of them is massive. As far as my experiences are concerned, I wear formal shirts and trousers of Van Heusen, Allen Solly and Louis Philippe on a daily basis. The fun part is that I am writing this article wearing a blue Louis Philippe shirt. The car that my dad owns has tyres made of Birla carbon. I use Vodafone Idea network as my network provider and I have 2 SIM cards of the same. The smartphone that I am using right now has its cover glass made of Hindalco aluminium. Being from Mumbai, I have quite often used the Bandra-Worli Sealink which is made of Ultratech cement. I am also quite amazed by the way in which ABG contributes to social work, such as setting up of 4500 women empowerment groups, medical help for a million patients at 5000 ABG camps and 20 hospitals and supporting Government schemes like Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana through its Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company.

Thus, ABG is definitely a “big” in my life and I can’t think of a day without the products and services of ABG brands.
