The Aditya Birla group has now had a strong presence in the life of almost every Indian now. the vastness of their vision is maybe somewhat justified by the number of products they have in the market. A lot of it can be attributed to their core underlying principles. In the words of Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla himself – “Leadership lies at the heart of knowing what we stand for”. If I were to exclusively mention, I will fall short of space to mention the range of industries they operate in; let alone mentioning the day to day effects of the immediate products of the Aditya Birla Group. Yet a few noticeable examples include Planet Fashion, Peter England, Allen Solly, Van Huesen, Ultratech Cement etc. To breakdown further the role of Ultratech Cement or the fashion retail brands or clothing brands under ABG in our daily lives would not just be an underestimation of their scale of operations but also a failure to recognize the efforts that has been put in to build the social fabric of this country for a long time now. There is yet another significant achievement by the Aditya Birla group that has by far overshadowed, rather been propelled, by its all other achievements. That is the brand value which Aditya Birla Group has been able to carve out for itself. Rising above the product and establishing itself as a pioneer in rebuilding the nation through leadership has been a trademark of the ABG. The CSR initiatives of AB group is nothing short of exemplary. So to summarize how my life gets affected by the Aditya Birla Group, I would put it down this way – As an Indian citizen who is very much part of the social fabric, the Aditya Birla Group has empowered and helped me rebuild the innate elements of the society around me.
