Why Aditya Birla group is big in your life?
Aditya Birla Group is one of the most successful Indian multinational conglomerate, headquartered in Mumbai. It operates in 35 countries with more than 120,000 employees worldwide. It was founded by Seth Shiv Narayan Birla in 1857. The group has been indulged in the business of viscose staple fiber, metals, cement (largest in India), viscose filament yarn, branded apparel, carbon black, chemicals, fertilizers, insulators, financial services, telecom, BPO, and IT services. The group had a revenue of approximately US$44.3 billion in the year 2018 making it the third-largest Indian private sector conglomerate behind Tata Group.
Right from the onset, ABG has played a significant role in my life.
It’s home sweet home. It’s where your heart is. It’s where you make it. No matter what ‘home’ means to you, there is surely something nostalgic about the place we call home. Ultratech cement has played a major role in building our dream home into a reality.
My own personal style is something that has matured and evolved over many, many years. Over the years I have consistently gained fashion inspiration and ideas from a variety of sources and Planet Fashion constantly implementing those changes by taking feedback from customers making it a single destination for all fashion related product.
"An idea can change your life", This is not just the line for me but an emotion. I am not exactly able to recall but I might be in class 3rd when my father purchased there first mobile phone. At that time my father didn't have any knowledge about cellular networking companies so they purchase an IDEA sim card after taking suggestion from his friend and they are still using the same number. This shows how ABG is as strong as a brand.
Apart from all this, I really like the concept of bringing sustainability in the workplace and for the weaker section of the society.

Part B:
how you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far?
I have done my Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology in 2016 and in my 4th year I have decided to go for CAT. It went horrible and thus I have decided to focus on my Campus recruitment process. I got selected in one reputed Multinational company and I am feeling proud to become the part of that organization. My corporate journey was started in November 2016. That journey helped me to learn about different aspects of technical expertise but didn’t give me an idea about how to drive the business in terms of people management and analysis. Hence I have decided once again to start preparing for CAT along with my current job. I have given CAT 2017 but again I am not able to score well in the exam. This was the most depressing time of my life because I don't know where my life is going and what to do further. But being an "Arnold Schwarzenegger" fan, I always kept remembering the fortune words said by him-
"Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength."
I have again started my MBA preparation but this my prime focus is not limited to CAT but other MBA entrance exam as well. I have got quite a reasonable mark in CAT but CMAT will become the game changer for me. I have scored 99.7 percentile with all India 172 rank. This was the life-changing moment for me and teaches me that if you really want to achieve something in your life then just never quit and stick with the problem and try to find multiple solutions to it and then choose the most optimum.
