Innovation is the key in today's world, but perfection is what makes it big. So, when I think big, I think of details to perfection. Each and every move to be taken with an ounce of risk, vision and creativity to reach a perfect balance.

So, When I suit up, I feel the ‘power of dressing’ and to stay confident. I know what I wear defines me, my choice and my surrounding. I need to express my ideas in clarity and with a communication so strong that make people believe that ‘my idea can change their lives’. I love the adrenaline in my drive with the safety assured in the black tyres that wherever I go, I’m secured. My investments show my choice of financial acumen. I choose a ‘universal solution’ to have a perfect future, filled with excitement. I admire a space greener and cleaner to live in. A place where the environment is respected and treated with care. I think highly of where I belong, India a country which has given me sustenance. The thought of India going global, creating a competitive growth scenario, raises expectations. Not just Incredible India but also Incredible Indians, leaving global footprints.

A model with something for everyone, but with the thought of individual care, where I as a citizen, a consumer is honoured with perfection. An atmosphere for learning, competition, growth and also a moment of stability, calmness and assurance. I choose precision with thought, I choose Aditya Birla to make big in my life.

Biggest Challenge

Challenges are a part and parcel of life. A battle challenging your comfort zone, thoughts and views, is a war to win. We all, at different levels have faced certain circumstances that make us think about how to go about it and puts us in a situation which makes us struggle in a lot of areas.

Once such challenge for me was deciding on my career path. I had a lot of confusion of what to do once I was out from college. People were in various fields, but I simply couldn't find a connection with what all I had tried. I was still struggling and experimenting with a lot of areas. So, I decided to randomly apply at various jobs, whichever profile looked interesting. The next part was a bigger scuffle, which was cracking the interview. I sat in numerous interviews, but never reached the outcome which I expected. My peers had already been placed, earning well and I was not even able to crack one interview. I started regretting the decision of rejecting college placements and the idea of jumping to a course struck my mind. Then again, what to do? Where was the passion? So, I decided to take a break.

I took my time, to understand exactly what I liked. All these subjects and theories I had studied, it was time to find out which had my inclination. A slow and frustrating process, but it came to a well-defined answer in the end. I had narrowed down to major streams, my knowledge was thorough and I was ready to put myself through the rigor of the interview application again.

Finally, I got what I wanted, learnt well and in the process found growth opportunities. To pursue what I liked in a better and knowledgeable way, was the decision to do an MBA. To make the decision, bigger and stronger.

Everyone faces a challenge, with a different scope and obviously a different end; but that’s what makes us a better person, a better leader.
