A. Why Aditya Birla Group is big in your life?
Being a millennial, cell phones and internet are like bread and butter to me. Life seems to stop without either of the one. Telecommunication one of the businesses Aditya Birla Group has interest in through “Idea”. Idea will always be considered a revolutionary when it comes to coming up with innovative ideas in the field of telecommunication. Idea came up with Buddy Recharge scheme for its customers. One can recharge their friends and families members accounts. This was a great boon for people like me who run out of data pretty frequently and need immediate top up for emergencies. This enables students like me who are low on cash to receive recharge of data packs from friend or families without the immediate transfer of cash from the receivers part. Ideas “ What an Idea Sirji” promotes two-way communication between the Government and the public. It demonstrates how Governments should take into account peoples opinion and interest while taking decisions.

B. How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far?
It was my dream to become a MBA but as it happens in most cases dreams come and go or atleast I though so. During my school days my parents were worried about my future , they wanted me to pursue CA but I had no interest in finance and related topics. Under parental pressure I registered for CA first level course called CPT. I managed to clear it in one go, this was a great news for my parents but I still wasn’t excited or interested regarding this course. My parents though were over the moon. Subsequently I passed CA second level also in the first attempt but this was as good as it gets. CA final turned to be a bridge too far, I attempted it thrice but without any success but by then I had wasted too many years of my life on it .I wasn’t able to secure a god job because of my lack of qualification. My future looked bleak at that point. I decided to appear for MBA entrance examinations. People dissuaded me from pursuing an MBA, the negativity around me was intense. People didn’t believe that I will end up in a good b-school. But I was resilient I knew this is my final opportunity I have to make the most out of it. While appearing for my cat exam I put aside all this negativity and concentrated on my only task in hand that is to do well in my exam. When the results came out my parents were positively surprised on the other hand I always kept faith in the hard work I had put in. Finally I ended up in a premier institute ,this marks the beginning of a new chapter of my life which I believe has only great things for me.
