Aditya Birla Group, it’s the brand that stays and its products that never go unused. It is the third largest conglomerate. The wide array of products that it has, makes it even more impactful and indispensable. You name any sector and they have it. Their unflinching stand in the market reflects the work culture, the mission, the values and the goals that are imbibed within every representative of the group.

Aditya Birla Group, of course has been an invaluable part of my life not just in one aspect but in diversified and ample number of ways. The core fact that, the group focusses on satisfying the basic needs through its brands and products makes it highly impactful in my life. “Kya idea hai Sirji”- Vodafone Idea, one of its brands, that I use in connecting and networking every single moment makes the presence of the group every moment of my life. The impact here is something which is not quantifiable. It is huge because without it, connections in adverse situations would not have been possible. Continuous upgradation to the newer and fast paced technology has kept the network increasing. For every Indian, the most common mode of travel is the Indian Railways and I am no different. Birla group makes its presence feel there too – The Birla Copper limited (Hindalco Industries Limited), which supplies a large share of the copper requirement. The next one is something probably not just me, everyone craves for in almost every shopping mall that you visit. The products of the Birla Group will make its presence feel and you are glued like a magnet into the store. Brands like Allen Solly, Peter England, Louis Phillipe, Van Heusen complete my wardrobe and something I can’t do without.

Aditya Birla Group makes a huge impact in my life and I almost cannot imagine losing out on its products as they serve the grass root levels of needs. Their revolutionary breakthroughs in the industry has created an impact and its brand positioning in wide range of sectors makes it high impactful.

There are probably two incidents that I would share. Quoting a very recent incident, Losing my mother, probably just before joining your dream college was something that shook my family. Completely unprepared, life took a different turn and I had almost given up on my dreams of even pursuing MBA. Gathering courage and mental strength to pursue my dreams and my mother’s, made me still push hard and here I am at MDI, Gurgaon.

This incident made me immensely strong and determined to do it for her and my family.

The second one – I led a team for conducting the Model United Nations event in just 15 days of time. We faced challenges from funding, sponsorship, approvals and the greatest challenge – participation. We started campaigning, conducted free workshops in schools and colleges to spread awareness, published website, designed poster to foster digital marketing, as well as attracted more participants by optimizing the delegation fees. Eventually, we as a team could pull the event successfully. The tenacity, perseverance made this event possible and hence this event later claimed to be the best event of our college.

 Aditya Birla Group resonates and will continue to resonate in every aspect of my life, while I continue to adore the power of experiencing 5-integrity, commitment, passion, seamlessness and speed through its products.
