Aditya Birla Group resonates with our daily life so much. Almost every other moment in our life is being touched by their products one way or the other. Starting with the mobile connectivity that we are quite used to nowadays i.e Idea cellular now Vodafone Idea to the material that keeps our roads so strong i.e Ultratech Cement is all provided by Aditya Birla Group. This shows that they touch our lives daily. The best aspect of the products of the group is that it is undoubtedly trusted by all in the industry and it is of no surprise that the group remains to be the market leader in almost all products.

The reason why I like Aditya Birla Group is because they are a large conglomerate which operates with a senses of purpose. They manage their companies so efficiently that they clearly understand the stakeholders needs and customers requirements. They do not compromise on quality and always portray leadership qualities. They have even played an important role in developing the consumer behaviour in Indian consumers and expanded consumer choice by bringing brands like Peter England and Allen Solly. To an extent even the standard of choice made by the consumers in India started to evolve with such products. They also extended their arm to financial offerings along with big brand shops like Pantaloons. For a country like India which needs manufacturing to be developed as a strong base, Hindalco is one of those strongest pillars.

In short Aditya Birla Group has taken India to great heights with their range of companies under one common umbrella. They ignite the innovation in the minds of the young business aspirants like us who earn all pride and motivation from the growth of the company like Aditya Birla Group. I wish all success to this wonderful firm and keep growing and bringing more light to our lives like the logo of Aditya Birla Group portraying the “rising sun”.

…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

I grew up as a girl who was very active in any types of cultural activities like music, dance, drama etc. I had the habit of taking up any new opportunities that allowed me to learn something new. That was when I got an opportunity to learn Judo Karate. I gathered all my friends and motivated them to join for the classes as well because I wanted more number of students in the class for the instructor to start the classes. On the first day all my friends turned up for the class. The class started with physical exercises and other seemingly tough items for kids like us. Although the instructor was very friendly and helpful my friends and others did not feel like continuing with the classes. The biggest taboo associated with this was that girls could never enrol for Karate classes. This is what I wanted to challenge and I throughly enjoyed the classes as well. I decided to continue with the classes and attended 7 such long years of excitement and learning. I went forward to even achieve Black Belt in Judo Karate in the year 2004 and I was then appreciated by everyone for taking up such a decision. I personally believe that the Karate classes not only taught me defence steps to defend an attack, it even helped me develop as an individual. It’s high time we remove such biases of taboo from our thoughts.
