Aditya Birla group had a big role in the betterment of my childhood as well as teenage days. I can recall the days when I used to belong from a below middle-class rural family. At that time, the arrival of the rainy season used to bring both smile and a shade of worriedness on our family's face. During the heavy rains, water dripping from the ceiling was a big concern for my family. It was hard to keep the grain untouched from water because that could have cost us the only earning of that season. Additionally, the rainy season harmed my studies as well. It was challenging to manage studies with a dripping ceiling almost everywhere while contributing to other household things. Coincidently we used  Ultra Tech cement to renovate the house. After that, the rainy season used to bring only smile on our face and my studies were also unaffected during the rainy season, ever since we have been using Ultra-Tech for various purposes. Therefore certainly ABG has played a vital role in my early childhood, which is the foundation of a to be the person in the future. ABG fashion & retail group has a role to play in my professional life by making me comfortable and confident at the same time by wearing different most popular brands all under the ABG group. Also, Vodafone idea merger made the telecom network reach wider for the better network connectivity and improved experience even in the backward rural areas.

I joined my first company as a coder with no prior experience in the field, having graduated in electronics engineering. Initially, I believed that I could learn to code by putting up some extra efforts, but after working for two odd months, I realized that this is not my cup of tea. Although I was doing reasonably good in coding after initial learning, yet I never find interest in doing so. I always believed in doing what interests me. Now the challenge started, I wanted to switch my role from technical to functional. I discussed the same with my manager as well as HR. But the company had some policies to not opt the technical background people for functional roles without any prior experience. Somehow I managed to convince my manager, and he gave me a chance to clear the company product certification within the next 15 days. I tried my best to learn about the product thoroughly and managed to make the certification, but the challenge was not over yet. The real challenge started now. I was appointed as a functional consultant for a UK based company. I had to work for the odd hours as demanded by the client, led a technical team to implement the requirement, and meet the deadlines as well. There was no proper schedule, no prior experience in the field, and additional pressure to prove myself as a functional consultant for my very first project. Discipline and dedication were needed at a high level to achieve both goals. I implemented my first project with appreciation from senior management. What helped me to achieve my goals? I stopped thinking about the negative outcome and focused only on the positive ones. Unfortunately, our brain has a natural inclination to focus on threats and dangers. To destroy this evolutionary construct, throughout my day, I used to focus on what is positive and right about the world around me. Found reasons to appreciate everything around me. It helped me a lot. I tried to cooperate well with my teammates as success is a team sport, and no one does it alone, and it worked well for me.
