Great things never come from comfort zones.

It has rightly been said that nothing worth having is easy to achieve and perseverance and persistence are the biggest keys to success in life. One of the biggest achievement of my life has been successfully organizing our college fest Nityaksh during the first year of my MBA studies. As everyone knows, the first year of the MBA is the toughest phase of the degree. I, being a fresher had not been exposed to such a stressful, demanding and challenging condition ever before in my life. Managing multiple things at a single time like academics, summer internship processes and college fest was a very challenging and arduous task that I had to undertake. Also, there was a burning desire to make the college fest bigger and better than ever and to meet everyone's expectations. This made me push my limits to a great extent and step out of my comfort zone to achieve what seemed impossible a few months ago. Of course, there were a few setbacks in the journey and I felt exhausted at many times but at the end, I was thrilled when I looked at the outcome of mine and my team's efforts. Not only did I excelled in my academics, but the practical exposure and confidence that I gained by working for pulling the college fest and making it a success, helped me in performing well during my interview processes and I could see a new and refined version of myself.
