One out of the numerious products of Aditya Birla which I used myself is from Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL). Though it consist of many in-house brands like Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Peter England; but the one which I used the most is "People". Easy to reach outlet near me in Pune with all new vareity whenever I step into the store makes me feel the essence of freshness and that created a unique bond between me and People.

In Nov 2018, People unveiled its #LetsBePeopleFirst Campaign as a part of the larger theme #WhyNot.The new campaign took the route of gender inequality prevailing in society and called out the Indian millennial to go beyond the stereotypes that have been established. PEOPLE had released a powerful 30-second video featuring a female and male actor facing opposite directions embroiled in a tensed conversation orbiting around gender discrimination. The conversation was based on gender-based issues that hindered a person’s prospect in the society and posed a major threat to progress. The video brought to life the inherent tussle faced by both genders as they continue to fight their battles against rules, restrictions, labels, stereotypes and peer pressure as they strive for autonomy and expression.
Challenges are part of life.Fortunately, so are failures. In my short stay here at this wonderful planet, I faced only a handful challenges;I excelled at few,I failed at most and I survived the rest. My entrance exam for Goa Institute of Management, the dreaded CAT examination is something I survived with decent enough score. After 6 months of grinding, managing studying and job at same time, today I am here at arguably the most beautiful B-school of the country. Now you can call me lucky and I wont disagree. You can call me hardworking and I would probably shake your hand. So basically for me, challenges in life is more resilience and survival than thriving.
