The Aditya Birla group is in the league of fortune 500. Taking India to the world and making us proud with making it presence it worldwide. Aditya Birla being a Indian multi conglomerate which has shown interests in viscose staple fibre, metals, cement (largest in India), viscose filament yarn, branded apparel, carbonblack, chemicals, fertilisers, insulators, financial services, telecom, BPO and IT services. Aditya Birla group has made a impact in everyone’s life. In personal Aditya Birla group products I have been using since my teenage starting from my prepaid sim of IDEA cellular. Since it was my first phone number it has special connection and impact to my life. I very clearly remember how “Idea” came and positioned itself as a Youth Brand, and made it very relatable. The tagline “What an Idea Sirji!” is still very fresh in my mind and gets frequently used. Multi brand fashion retail chain pantaloons is store where I prefer to shop whether for my casual or formal wear . Aditya Birla Group also offers clothing, while “Grasim” helped me get my school pants, the in-house brands like, “Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Peter England” were there for my days at work requiring formal wear. A group as big as Aditya Birla Group has certainly affected a lot of people’s lives in India as it is one of the biggest and the oldest private conglomerate which got incepted in 1857. Over and all, Aditya Birla Group has made several major impacts on my life.
Overcoming Challenges to achieve ambitions
Since my childhood I was an introvert type of guy ,never participated in any kind of my stage participation nor participate in any kind of public speaking activity. After my graduation I got an opportunity to get a sales. This kind of job was a challenge for me so I took it as challenge and try motivate myself that I am suitable for this job. Now after working 3 year in b2b sales of manufacturing company I find myself more confident towards in public speaking and now it more kind of an ambivert person.
