How do I overcome Challenges ?
Determination, consistency, and resilience are one of the essential characteristics to overcome any challenge. Many tend to ignore the power of consistency, but it has powerful consequences. It is like compound interest - if you do apply it every time, it helps you grow more in magnitude. Be it excelling at playing Badminton, or quizzing in school being consistent and determination propelled my efforts with success. To overcome any difficulty, it becomes imperative to adopt a mindset, and confidence becomes its most important part. Challenges are to be looked like an opportunity, an opportunity to learn, grow, and more experienced. It also becomes essential to analyze and measure the problem to find a solution to overcome it and then thinking about various solutions and eventually finding a way out. Most of the time, only a collaborative effort along with teammates and a zeal to complete the task takes us a long way, far beyond what we had even expected. One of the challenges that I faced at my workplace was to reduce the miscellaneous power consumption of the plant, with no CAPEX allocated for this task, it was required to come out some non-conventional solution to achieve this. A collaborative effort with all teammates involved in the project, various brainstorming sessions helped a lot in finding new solutions, coupled with the consistency and passion for the work resulted in achieving the target within the stipulated time. The fact is we all face challenges every day in our life but we choose how to respond to it.
