The in-house brands such as Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Peter England and People also caters the fashion needs. Also acquired exclusive online and offline rights to American fast fashion retailer Forever 21 in India. The Financial services of Aditya Birla Group is among the top 5 fund manager in India which provides the citizens a safe place to invest their money for a better return.
The Aditya Birla Group also indirectly impacts my life by taking measures to enhance our society and country and creating it a stronger place for all people to measure. Its CSR initiatives in attention, Education, Livelihood, Infrastructure and its endeavour in creating model villages is so creating our society higher. The group is additionally acting accountable towards its actions which is able to impact the long run generations and has so justly taken property into consideration.
How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far ?
Being born in a place where the career that people thought of were of being an engineer or a doctor, these restricted career options created by the society did not stop me from achieving my ambition. Until 10th standard every was going well, the real obstacle came when I had to make a choice between by ambition of doing commerce or follow the career option created by the society. But my ambitions did not let me breakdown with its pre decided decision. It was difficult to take call of going and perusing my ambition because there are always some people standing ready with spears in their hands to kill you when they see you failing. But again, to stick to your calling is what I did. The challenge to rise above the temptations and show up to struggle is what it took to reach the MBA life, to begin from scratch, to unlearn many things and relearn others. My purpose in life would not have been there if I have chosen the alternate career option. This realization took me some time to get clear but it will forever be hazy to my near and dear ones, however hard I try. I want my contribution and my expertise to change lives and positively influence society. So, I rose above all the challenges.
