Growing up, our tastes and preferences change, but ABG never failed to provide us with the latest fashion in every price range. Rising up and facing the challenges to make an impact is at the core of ABGLP. So, what exactly is a challenge? Challenge or opportunity, is just a matter of what you make out of a particular situation. The only thing which matters is how you steer a situation into a direction which leads to personal development. For me, lack of confidence was the challenge which had hindered every phase of my life up till now. My journey started with me being a reserved person, but being in a B-School brought about a drastic change in me. Upon realising the immense competition that I faced, I steered myself into the direction of hard work. Breaking out of my shell wasn’t easy but it was for the best. I accepted my flaws and began to capitalise on the traits which once seemed a hurdle to me. Soon after I earned the opportunity for a summer internship wherein, I got to explore my full potential. The confidence I gained allowed me to make a successful presentation in front of the CEO of a company. I am no longer dominated and influenced by what others think or say. I am determined about what I want in my life and how to make an impact through my actions. Now I’m confident enough to pursue things I love and standing up for things I believe in. There is still a long way to go and so many more challenges to overcome to be able to achieve the ambitions I have in my life.
