There are companies which sell products, some others earn their revenue by providing services. Aditya Birla Group(ABG) is one such firm which has excelled in delivering both quality products and services thereby adding value to their offerings and building consumer trust. Almost everything we see or use consists of a product from the house of ABG. It has done a marvelous job in identifying the customer’s wants, shaped their products in such a way that we will be overwhelmed. They have a variety of products under their offering like Peter England which offers cost-effective and quality clothing and there are brands like Van Heusen, Allen Solly and Louis Philippe offers a more luxurious option. They have offerings for every type of consumers and not just a target consumer group. So, the next time you visit a Pantaloons store and appreciate the perfect tailoring of a Van Heusen shirt, think about the ones who made that happen! No other company has instilled a sense of trust in their consumers to this extent: the value Ultra Tech cement delivers in the construction business, the connectivity that Idea delivers, the assurance that Aditya Health Insurance Limited and other financial service firms under the umbrella of Aditya Birla Capital offer and ABG’s strong presence which is felt in the FMCG sector sums up to the enormous contribution that the company has made in the daily lives of the individuals. The brilliance of its operations is achieved through a well planned and perfectly implemented supply chain, the network that is maintained among the manufacturers, the retailers and the transit vendors have played a crucial role in their success story. The company has served generations of consumers and their contribution is felt on almost every sector. Going forward, growth is evident with the ever-increasing consumer base.

Now that I have discussed how big Aditya Birla Group is, I hope that you will definitely be excited to try one of ABG’s products or services. Going forward, I will explain why one should not only identify their life goals but also the major obstacles faced by them since ‘success’ and ‘barriers to success’ come hand-in-hand. In the earlier stages of my life, I had the stage fright, I had this strange fear that the audience might pick on me once I mess up on stage. This is the reason why I missed out on school dramas and even in competitions since I was reluctant to participate. The fear of failure engulfed me. When I joined college for my grads, I had to participate in the activities like presentations and extempore as they were a part of my academic curriculum. That’s when I realized that I have never identified the obstacles correctly. All this time, I treated the obstacles as a source of fear which further heightened the barriers on my path to success. I started participating in more presentation work, extempore and role plays. I did mirror practices for hours, recited to my friends who by the way gave some ugly comments at first but it was for my own benefit. I challenged myself, faced my fears and learned how to articulate my speech and body movements while addressing the audience and I finally got the poison of stage fright out of my system. We should not misunderstand our obstacles as elements of fear, rather treat them as opportunities. Only then we can build the stairs over the barrier. Accomplishment of objectives comes at a cost, we have to earn it to fulfill it.
