Aditya Birla group has strived towards creating an impact on peoples day to day life positively. With a mission to deliver superior value to its customers, shareholders, employees and society at large, time and again this group has been touching peoples lives.
I can determine the impact of Aditya Birla group by looking back over my day in Life. The impact of Aditya Birla’s Group used during my breakfast, when I would fail to finish the paranthas quickly and the paranthas were supposed to be wrapped in high quality Hindalco’s Freshwrapp . It still remains an integral part of my life, preserving both the value of food and its convenience of use.
when it comes to shopping, pantaloons is the destination it would strike first in my mind. Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited, being the largest fashion network has always been my buddy in resolving my fashion choices.
Idea, a widespread cellular network, connecting india, is what I use to call my mother back in my hometown. come in the college placement interviews, family weddings, Brands like Van heusen, Peter England and Alley solly would be the ones to choose from. these brands have proven time and again that ranges of both price and products is not a distant wish. You have it, when you want it.
So its not just about apparels, not just about telecom or FMCG, Aditya Birla Group is one of the largest conglomerate which is touching lives and expanding social capital spanning across 34 countries.

OVERCOME THE FEAR
The biggest problem we face today is hoping for a world without problems. This is an impossible goal; thankfully, else it would lead to a boring life without character. Challenges help us grow and shape our lives.
fear and anxiety about failure is a common concept, encountered by people and I couldn't remain isolated. the greatest anxiety and panic attack i faced was before my class 12 Economics board exam. Economics, a subject i would boost as my strong point during my school days would become an issue of anxiety attack was something undreamed of. A night before the exams, as I revised and went through the chapters. I gradually began to forget concepts. I suddenly started to sweat and began to feel feverish, but somehow, with medication I slept. next day during the exam, while writing the exam, I fainted. I was waked up by the invigilator and was provided with refreshments. the invigilator and other staff assisted me and as I gathered my courage back, i started to write. I scored 90 out of 100 in economics in my class 12 board exam, the exam i feared I would fail.
now, I blow away any such thoughts of fear, not only to shape myself for the best but also for the worse
