Aditya Birla Group the third biggest private conglomerate in India has touched the lives of millions of Indians in one way or the other.
Today the group has expanded to various industries contributing every bit towards the development of our country.

Mobile network issue still remained a big challenge which needed to resolved. With the merger of Vodafone and Idea the resources of both the companies combined and thereby now provide the finest network coverage across the country which made life a lot simpler for me.
During the construction of house the biggest challenge I faced was about choosing the right quality cement that would provide the building the strength to stand strong for years to come. However with ultra tech cement owing to its impeccable quality and proved
effectiveness my entire difficulty went way and today I can say that indeed I made a very good choice.
The group contributed immensely towards environment by providing products across American Standards Association) grades and because of its attention towards environment the Birla carbon was honoured with many awards.
Aditya Birla group has had a very positive impact on my life and I would always remain thankful to them for all the world class product and services that they have provided.
Coming from a middle class family I always wanted to achieve something which I and my family would be proud of. So getting more and more marks became my sole objective so as to get more and more recognition among my peers and relatives. But this thing started having negative impact on me both academically and as a person. High levels of frustration became a normal thing. Ultimately when it mattered the most in my twelfth standard I ended up scoring 93.75% which was a complete setback for me and my family as Delhi university cut-offs were as high as 95%. It broke me down completely and this thing hurted me the most.
Therefore during my graduation I realised that now its high time to change my way of running after getting recognised to start enjoying things at present. During my CAT preparation I implemented this, although better said than done it was indeed a difficult task. I worked hard ,enjoyed solving the problems and finally made it to International management institute, New Delhi.
Second challenge I overcame was that I had a very negative attitude towards things during my school days. I always had that I was not tall so I couldn’t look good. I was being made fun off about it and therefore my confidence started trembling down. Therefore I started analyzing things. One thing I noticed that and every one of us had some issues with our physical appearances that we not happy about. some wanted they were more fairer ,while some wanted to look more slim etc. Lately I realised that one should be happy be what god have given to him/her and look up to more fruitful things in life.
